Anna Hall wins USATF Heptathlon Title, Punches Ticket to 2022 World Championships - Florida Gators

FAYETVILLE, Arkansas. - The only thing we can hope for is that Anna finishes the heptathlon with everything she has.
Anna led six events, hit the gym and ran the fourth fastest 800m heptathlon (2:03.11) in world history to win the USATF Heptathlon title and earn a ticket to the 2022 World Championships this summer .
Hall scored 6,458 points in seven events, making it the second-highest heptathlon in college history, ranking first in current javelin history, and improving his previous personal best by 46 points.
In two days, Hall won three out of seven events and fought for the best result in the 100, 200 and 800 meters. His long jump result of 6.39m/20-11.75 was also a personal best time allowed in the air.
Highland Ranch, Colorado. Native Weekend finished in the top 3 with over 6420 points to qualify for the World Championship.
He left Fayetteville without a doubt.
Hall won the USATF Heptathlon title by 274 points, and the team easily surpassed World Championship qualifying standards to earn a spot in the United States this summer.
This summer, the heptathlete from Florida will compete in Team USA along with Gator Greats Grant Hallway (110 mH) and Christian Taylor (triple jump).
Holloway and Taylor were automatically ranked as reigning world champions in their respective competitions.
The hall will now be ready for the college postseason, which begins next week in Florida with the Miss SEC Outdoor Championship in Oxford.
The 2022 World Championships will be held July 15-24 in Eugene, Oregon.
